How do I know if my order is confirmed?

When you place an order, confirmation mail will be sent to you automatically. If you wouldn't receive any mail, please check your spam mail folder and contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

How can I buy more than quantity limit?

Each item has quantity limit. Please contact us at [email protected] if you want to purchase more than the limit.

How can I send my order as a gift?
A
At this time gift orders are not available on More Trees Store. You can select a separate shipping address; however, an invoice is included in all packages.

Can you ship my order to Japan?
A
Please order at More Trees Store JP (https://more-trees-design-jp.stores.jp/) if you want to send it to addresses within Japan. Otherwise shipping charge may be more expensive. The charge will be; 486 yen for Honshu & Shikoku area, 950 yen for Hokkaido & Kyusyu area and 1,296 yen for Okinawa at More Trees Store JP.
